Rest assured, this isn't the "it was all a dream" scenario, and she didn't just randomly wake up from her coma, and if you're confused as to where she is and what she's doing there, well, so is she.

I spent 10 hours on this today and made FIVE different versions of this page. It's complicated because when I first planned this part of the story, I thought I would have my graphic tablet already... and since I'm still waiting on it, I can't get the pages to look the way they do in my head. The good news, though, is that I'm expecting a package any day now : D

The effects on this page come from watered down marker. I used watercolor paper, so between that and the marker, a lot of texture shows on the original. If you're interested in buying it (30$, 11" x 73/4"), let me know and I will try to do a better scan of the original.

I really need to thank everyone who has been sponsoring me by buying originals or through commission work. Though I can't say I really sell enough to make a living out of this just yet, it really is thanks to your support that I've been able to throw myself seriously into this whole art business. When I get discouraged, I just remind myself that there are people out there who believe I can make it!
